Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 87% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 26.8 ( -1.5), 10.4 ( -1.6), 19.0 ( +0.0), and 32.2 ( -0.3) respectively.  This is a 2% change since the last report on July 2, 2007.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 92%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2006)
